There is pretty much nothing wrong with this sketch aesthetically; it's nicely rendered and I can see it becoming a visually engaging illustration. However, to be perfectly honest, the Monopoly game allusion is something of a cliché. The simple way to solve this issue is to just remove the Monopoly-esque house in the upper left so the game loses it's specificity. I like that the whistleblower is Uncle Sam, but the details may feel a bit cluttered once that house is gone (since it's currently the biggest "object" on the board). Play around with the proportions of your elements to combat this.
