The hand lettering is nice here but you are doing a disservice to your illustration; by including the words, the overall image feels more like a header or decorative element than an illustration. Remove the words so that the image, which is lovely, will read more clearly. The pill in the center of the cupped hands could be moved slightly so that the line down the center of the pill does not align with the line created by the two hands pressed together, which creates a distracting illusion. The line quality here is nice, as well -- try not to lose it when you go on to inking.
