The idea came from that the speaker mentioned people are fearful of prisoners. People treat them as aliens and even see them as zombies.

I like the concept, but it still feels unclear in the final sketch and needs to be simplified. The prisoner figure on the left is charming. Make him the focus of this illustration and develop a better way to describe the dichotomy between the isolating issues of a released prisoner and what other people would potentially think of him. The thought bubble is not working and the people on the right look like Munch figures, which is confusing. You'll need to do a decent amount of tweaking, but this idea is solid enough to work well if you can trim the fat.
